Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Expedited Shipping: 2 business days.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Refunds

At IVYS NATURALS, we want you to love your hair. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@ivysnatural.com with your order number and photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately.

Cancelling Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team.
